New iPod Touch 5th Generation will feature 1136×640 4-inch Display and an A5 ... - PC-Tablet

One of the biggest features of most Apple products is its intertwining of technologies in iPad, iPhone and iPod. Why I am saying this is because Apple had introduced the retina display in iPhone 4S and it was expected to be featured in iPad 3 or the new iPad as the apple guys usually call it. The same thing is being said today at the penultimate hour of the impending launch of iPhone 5. It is rumored that the new iPhone 5 as well as the iPod touch will feature the panorama photo mode. This information has been making the rounds on twitter and the social media networks especially after it was first shared by developer Will Strafach.

"iPod features a taller display panel"

The new and refurbished iPod will now feature a much bigger, nay much taller display (1136×640) People are also hoping that the new iPhone 5 will also feature a screen with the same dimensions. Leaked pictures have confirmed this fact (See the featured picture below)

Continuing with his tweet, Will adds that the iPod touch will have in its heart a S5L8942X application processor which will be much akin to the miniaturized 32-nanometer A5 system-on-a-chip. The iPhone 5 will in all probability feature a still more powerful chip. Apple is following a two pronged strategy by continuing with the A4-based model with a 960 x 640 display for the lower end users while upgrading the hardware of the higher end models targeted for the premium users.
