The iPhone 5, or the "New iPhone" (or whatever Apple is going to call it), may have a significantly bigger screen, according to photos leaked to MacRumors.com over the weekend.
The diagonal measurement of the display on the new iPhone may increase by about 14 percent, from 3.5 inches to 4 inches, MacRumors reports.

Today's iPhone, an iPhone news and review site, notes that the increase in size will represent a horizontal pixel increase of 176. This will change the aspect ratio of the next generation iPhone from 3:2 to 16:9.
This is only the latest speculation surrounding the new iPhone, which is rumored to be announced on Sept. 12 and available on Sept. 21.
According to the Korea Times, like the latest version of the iPad, the new iPhone is expected to be capable of 4G LTE connectivity.
Additionally, the rear casing of the new iPhone could be made of metal, replacing the breakable glass on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s, 9To5Mac reported in May.
On Monday, Apple reached a value of $624 billion, setting the new record for the most valuable company in history. The record was previously held by Microsoft, which reached $620.58 billion in 1999, according to the Associated Press.
